Stephanie Allen is the Property Manager of South Meadow Apartments, which is located in the south end of  Burlington.  She was recently promoted to Vice President, and also took on addtiional duties such as heading our accounting division.  She has been with our company for over six years.   Stephanie came to us with years of property management experience working in the Central Florida area.

Theresa Feeley, Vice President, has over 20 years experience as a state legislator, lobbyist and real estate professional. Terri is a graduate of Trinity College and also holds an MS from St. Michael's College. She provides management assistance to our Senior Housing Division.

Richard Feeley, President.  Rich oversees our property management company.  As a former loan officer, real estate broker, developer, and landlord, he has experience in all aspects of the real estate business.  Rich is a graduate of Saint Michael's College with a degree in Business Administration.

Michelle Kelley is the Property Manager of the Taft Farm Senior Living Community as well as PineCrest at Essex. Michelle came to us with years of experience working in the Washington DC area, and has experience as a site manager for various government housing projects.

Theresa Heinrich is an administrative assistant. Theresa has re-joined our company assisting our various sites with admistrative support.  Theresa offers assistance to our property managers, helping with the day to day tasks.  Theresa has years of property management experience, as she was previously the manager of Taft Farm.
